This issue brief describes the UN Global Compact’s and CEO Water Mandate’s input into the Post-2015 Development Agenda and the role of business in advancing core policy goals related to water. This brief reflects much of the thinking and work of the CEO Water Mandate during the past year and will be used by the Global Compact Office and Mandate Secretariat in interactions with governments and policy makers as they discuss the formulation of a Post-2015 development strategy and possible Sustainable Development Goals.
