Sustainability in Insurance: Designing a Sustainability Strategy

CURRENT STATE 
The Company has a decentralized approach to sustainability without a clear and cohesive vision, strategy and unifying roadmap to achieve a set of sustainability standards. 

GOAL STATE 
A clear understanding of internationally recognized sustainability standards and a roadmap for beginning to implement a sustainability strategy based on issues material to our sector. One or two sustainability pilot projects or initiatives to launch in summer 2019 with a clear identified set of actions. 

DELIVERABLES 
At the conclusion of the project the key deliverable should be a presentation that lays out the detailed strategy the Company should undertake to become a sustainable company as defined by various international standards including the UN and others, as well as prioritization of the actions.
